As a sixth grader, school happens to be an uncompromising part of life. Each day many kids go to school hiding their secrets whether they have disabilities, insecurities or physical imperfections. Sleepy Steve is the poster child for each as he is overweight, has a sleeping disorder and is insecure with himself because of his issues. With the recent separation of his parents, Steve and his mother relocate for new opportunities and a fresh start. Steve tries to keep his handicap concealed for as long as possible. Upon his first day of school, he encounters Chuck, a Hispanic genius who befriends him immediately. Both Steve and Chuck share the same first and second period class where they meet Ieka, Sammy and Ms. Elle by way of a class assignment. Can Steve keep his secret under wraps?
