Eyes on the Prize returns to PBS in Fall 2006.  When the program premiered in 1987, educators recognized it as a powerful tool for engaging students in learning about the civil rights movement.  WHen the series airs again in Fall 2006, a new generation of teachers and students will be able to expereience this landmark documentary.  An online library of teaching and learning ideas is being created by those will to share experiences and insights.  Those who submit ideas become eligible to win a $100 certificate good for PBS Video products.
