Diwali is one of the holidays I most wish was celebrated in the U.S. so that, even though I’m not Hindu, I could at least see it in person. Beautiful! =)
Just got back from San Antonio’s Diwali festival. It’s the only city-sponsored Diwali festival in the country. Dancers from every Indian state. Diyal candles in the river. Fireworks!! Great time and great turn out.

I’ve never participating in Diwali, either but I sure did enjoy looking through the videos I think I”ll post a few more over the next couple of days.
