Why should libraries be diverse? How do we develop that diversity?
Please join us for a day of discussion and exploration of these questions and other diversity initiatives.
Keynote speaker: Kathleen de la Pena McCook, Distinguished University Professor, University of South Florida.

Other speakers include:
Tracie Hall, Dominican University, School of Library & Information Science and former Director of the ALA Office of Diversity will share with us her findings from the 2006 Diversity Counts Report.
Representative from the following programs: LIS Access Midwest Program (LAMP), Diversity in the Organization of Information and Technology (DOIT) program and the American Library Association (ALA) Office of Diversity.
